If you’ve been following me for some time you’d know that I participated in my own personal green smoothie challenge in August. I’m happy to report that I still drink a green smoothie almost everyday for breakfast and they’re absolutely delicious. My skin is brighter and I also feel much better now after incorporating green smoothies into my diet.
